IT Support Apprentice

Salary: £25,700 - 25,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Logging and updating tickets on our IT ticketing system
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems and hardware
• Configuring new user accounts and making sure the end user is satisfied
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
• Carrying out administration duties in line with daily checks
• Providing customer training where required
• Liaising with third parties to arrange appointments and external support
• Ensuring IT policies and procedures are adhered to maintain the integrity of our network
