Head of IT Operations

Salary: £85,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Senior experience leading IT operations, infrastructure and security in a mission-critical, multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud infrastructure and cyber-security
• A proven track record of running dependable, well-governed IT operations
• Experience in multi-site, warehouse or operational environments is an advantage
• Exposure to ISO frameworks or formal security certifications is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Own the reliability, security and day-to-day operation of our IT environment across all sites
• Lead infrastructure, network and hardware lifecycle management across all sites
• Define and oversee our cyber-security strategy, risk and compliance, including ISO frameworks and penetration testing
• Ensure system uptime, resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery
• Shape our cloud infrastructure strategy and future technology roadmap
• Oversee end-user IT support and service standards
• Manage vendors and our IT operational budget
• Build and lead a dependable, well-organised IT operations team
• Work closely with senior leadership as a strategic partner on IT operations and technology direction

This is a fully on-site position based in Hounslow, London, close to Heathrow, working Monday to Friday with occasional travel to our other UK and European sites.
