Deskside Support Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, or End User Support
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11
• Experience administering Active Directory accounts and permissions
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook and Teams
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management technologies
• Experience with device deployment, imaging, and asset management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting users in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, and user-related issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Support device deployments, imaging, configuration, and asset management
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities
• Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Teams
• Provide meeting room and AV support where required
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
• Collaborate with wider technology teams to resolve complex issues

We are recruiting for an IT Deskside Support Engineer to join a leading global financial services organisation based in Dublin. This is a 3-month contract role with an onsite working pattern of 5 days per week, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
