  • We are looking for experience with the data management lifecycle, including registration, usage, quality, retention, and external data sharing.
  • We value experience conducting data management assessments through control performance or 2nd- and 3rd-line business reviews.
Responsibilities:
  • We will have you support the UK business and wider enterprise across AI in data management and strategy, and technological convergence and core infrastructure.
  • We want you to help create an AI-literate Data Management team by understanding AI tooling risks and benefits and collaborating with analytics teams.
  • We will rely on you to identify data management principles that enable safe, scaled AI and evolve our frameworks for changing AI and regulatory needs.
  • You will help drive and implement AI within the Data Management Team, leading near-term value unlocks that enable end users to self-serve through AI.
  • We need you to understand and plan for advances in enterprise AI data management strategy and advise on how the UK business should be structured to align.
  • You will serve as a technical lead for convergence migration across data storage, definitions, lineage, quality, modelling, access, and consumption.
  • You will ensure critical migration factors are met, including correct access profiles, metadata and data quality rule migration, and setting analytical teams up for success.
  • You will partner with enterprise teams to plan migration sequencing and dependencies while driving our broader data strategy.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive policy-compliant practices across the data lifecycle and execute data management assessments through 2nd- and 3rd-line reviews.
  • You will coach, nurture, and develop associates across the business to help them understand their data management responsibilities and the value behind them.
