C#/React Software Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with .NET
• Solid experience with React and/or Next.js
• Experience building and supporting business applications
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Confidence to influence technical decisions and development practices
• Desirable: experience using AI-powered development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or similar
• Desirable: an interest in modern software engineering practices and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and maintain business applications and integrations
• Build secure, reliable and maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Support releases, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to technical design, architecture and development best practice
• Help improve application performance, usability and supportability
