Business Architect Banking

Salary: £60,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience in sales and trading within banking, as this is essential for the role.
• We require experience in designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target state business architecture, including capability maps, operating models, value streams and business services models.
• We require experience in business architecture design that is informed by and aligned with macro business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• We will design the EMEA target state business architecture across all departments, functions, legal entities and branches.
• We will collaborate with other departments and functions across EMEA and other regions to orchestrate and coordinate the work.
• We will help departments and functions clarify their business strategy where needed to support the target state design.
• We will develop the roadmap to deliver the target state business architecture.
• We will sequence the work to achieve the target state while balancing business outcomes, cost, delivery time and project risk.
