Business Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Comfortable gathering requirements and working with developers to deliver against them
• Some exposure to Sales and Marketing processes is highly desirable
• Salesforce experience is a bonus
• A full driving licence is required

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs
• Turn business needs into clear requirements, process flows and functional specifications
• Work with Jira, acceptance criteria and developers to support delivery
• Test solutions, train end users and help ensure what is delivered is adopted
• Get involved in campaign and platform work within Salesforce
• Shape the detail of workflows, including email content, task ownership and process design

You will work alongside an experienced team with strong support and structure, including mentoring from someone who has done the role for years. This is a hands-on role with a genuine path to Senior BA and beyond, plus support toward IIBA qualification.
