BPM Lead Developer Consultant

Salary: £47,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have excellent business knowledge.
• We have some consulting experience preferred, though this is not essential if we can demonstrate capability.
• We enjoy dealing with clients face to face.
• We have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• We understand the full software development life cycle.
• We have knowledge and experience with VB development.
• We have deep experience with Microsoft Technologies.
• We have strong object-oriented knowledge.
• We have strong skills in C# and ASP.Net.
• We have experience developing class libraries (DLLs).
• We have experience delivering integrated solutions, interfacing with multiple applications and databases.
• We have the ability to share knowledge and experience with others.
• We have a good understanding of business processes and IT trends.
• We can identify, handle, or escalate critical client concerns.
• We can communicate effectively with clients.
• We can work unassisted.

Responsibilities:

• We complete BPM analysis, requirements definition, design, development, and other implementation activities such as training.
• We architect process, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• We undertake business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, process design, writing specs, and general analysis.
• We assist with presales as required.
• We assist on the support desk as required.
• We contribute actively to the wider team.
