Back End Developer

Salary: £39,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial C# / .NET experience
• Experience with distributed systems, queues, asynchronous processing, and background workers
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL Server
• Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs
• eDiscovery or legal technology experience is desirable
• Experience with Nuix, Relativity, or comparable processing/review platforms is desirable
• AWS expertise is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Help design and build a high-volume, scalable backend platform that interfaces with a new AI product
• Work on core technologies including C#, API integration, SQL, and AWS
• Contribute to both the approach and the build and delivery of the platform

We are working with a LegalTech business to hire a Backend Engineer for an initial 3 to 6 month contract project. The role is based in London, with the expectation that you can commute to the office at the start of the contract and travel in occasionally. The contract is outside IR35 and initially set for 3 months.
