Software Engineer, Agent (Spanish speaking)

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• A builder and tinkerers mindset with high agency
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Experience as a founder or founding engineer is a plus
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is a plus
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus
• Previous roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive
• Build and ship AI agents that are central and mission-critical to our growth
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
• Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments
• Partner directly with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents at scale
• Work with customers to transform how they operate and embed AI agents across their business stack
• Surface unmet needs from customer work and prototype new tools and features
• Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and our product
• Design and build AI agents for telecommunications and media companies
• Develop AI agents that handle complex customer interactions, such as troubleshooting and product recommendations
• Create generalizable AI agent frameworks for industry-specific use cases
• Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives
• Experiment with the latest voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise-grade customers
