Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Significant leadership experience within data, analytics, business intelligence or information management.
- Proven experience developing and implementing data strategies and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading organisational change and improving data maturity.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and business intelligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Lead our data and business intelligence functions.
- Oversee a growing portfolio of institutional data products.
- Work closely with senior leaders across the University to ensure data is recognised and managed as a strategic asset.
- Shape and deliver our Data Strategy.
- Lead the development of a modern, data-driven culture that enables better decision-making, stronger governance and greater institutional insight.
- Play a key role in developing the foundations required to support emerging technologies, including AI.
- Influence institutional priorities and help create a truly data-driven organisation.
