ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Some exposure to ServiceNow is beneficial, particularly ServiceNow HRSD, CSA, CIS-HRSD or ITSM.
• Experience in HR, employee experience, business analysis, business transformation or ServiceNow would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and contribute to solution-focused conversations.
• Curiosity about how technology can solve business problems and improve employee outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and develop consulting and ServiceNow expertise.
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS-HRSD or ITSM would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Support workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with HR and wider business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and solution documentation.
• Help customers understand how ServiceNow HRSD capabilities can support their objectives.
• Contribute to process reviews, service improvements and employee experience initiatives.
• Assist with demonstrations, solution walkthroughs and customer presentations.
• Support business development activities, proposal content and client-facing materials.
• Work closely with consultants, architects and development teams on transformation programmes.
• Support discovery, advisory and solution design activities across transformation initiatives.
