Machine Learning Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year
Requirements:- We have experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, including operationalising models built with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- We have strong Python skills and solid software engineering best practices.
- We have hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including architecture and security.
- We have experience with container and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for building and managing applications at scale.
- We understand core machine learning concepts, including probability, statistics, and common learning techniques.
- We are excellent communicators, able to guide technical teams and advise non-technical stakeholders confidently.
- We thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the autonomy to own scope, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- We build and deploy production-grade machine learning software, tools, and infrastructure.
- We create reusable, scalable solutions that accelerate the delivery of machine learning systems.
- We collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and commercial leads to solve critical client challenges.
- We lead technical scoping and architectural decisions to ensure project feasibility and impact.
- We define and implement our standards for deploying machine learning at scale.
- We act as technical advisors to customers and partners, translating complex machine learning concepts for stakeholders.
