Job Description
Salary: £27,000 - 27,000 per year
Requirements:- IT-related university degree
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine willingness and desire to learn
- Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server would be advantageous
- Previous customer-facing experience would be beneficial, particularly within an IT environment
- Comfort working a shift pattern that includes three 13-hour shifts per week, with most shifts on nights once fully trained
- Work as part of our Service Desk team supporting customers using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Shadow experienced colleagues during the initial training period
- Gradually take ownership of our own support tickets
- Learn on the job with guidance from senior engineers when needed
