Senior Manager, Data Lead, SAP Public Cloud

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep, practical experience of SAP data migration approaches for S/4HANA Cloud, including Migration Cockpit and staging table methods.
• Track record owning data workstreams on full lifecycle SAP Public Cloud implementations.
• Comfort managing and developing a team, not just doing the migration work yourself.
• Ability to explain data risk in plain language that a client programme board can act on.
• Ability to build a clean, repeatable methodology rather than relying on one-off fixes.
• Public sector data experience, including data protection and information governance, is desirable.
• Experience with SAP BTP data and integration tooling is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Own the data migration approach across every engagement in our SAP Public Cloud Centre of Excellence.
• Assess data quality at the start of programmes and shape the overall migration approach.
• Build our standard data methodology and toolset from scratch.
• Lead data workstreams across several live programmes at once.
• Shape how we present data risk in bids to support winning new work.
• Help define how our data function is built, including team structure and data governance for public sector clients.
