Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent, Learn, and HR Help Desk, and all of these skills are mandatory.
• We require extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• We require strong stakeholder management skills.
• We can only consider candidates with NPPV3 or Active SC clearance.
• This is an onsite contract role inside IR35 in Staffordshire, UK.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the functional implementation for a large-scale organisation.
• We will own solution design and design scalable solutions.
• We will engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• We will deliver the implementation successfully across the project lifecycle.
• We will lead workshops.
• We will mentor consultants throughout the project.
• We will support the overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM programme.
