Power App Developer

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Power Apps development.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and GDPR compliance.
• Experience in supplier governance and IT service operations is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance solutions using Power Apps.
• Automate and upgrade our Adult Social Care rostering system to meet outstanding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR, and cyber security standards.
• Manage short-term requests and long-term tasks through a Continuous Service Improvement mechanism.
• Support our Power Platform offering, ensuring services meet organisational needs and SLA requirements.

We are Thurrock Council and we are offering an initial temporary contract for 12 months, with a view to extension or a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a hybrid role based in RM17 6SL, working on our Adult Social Care rostering system within a project-focused environment. The role offers a negotiable day rate dependent on experience and the opportunity to support our Power Platform services while contributing to ongoing service improvement.
