• Excellent understanding of Cerner (Oracle Health Data)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Minimum 5 years healthcare sector experience
• Strong DBA knowledge, particularly performance tuning
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data structures
• Knowledge of national healthcare submissions and data dictionaries
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Remediate data pipeline and performance issues
• Provide DBA expertise across performance tuning and optimisation
• Work with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Support data architecture and data structure activities
• Contribute to national healthcare submissions and data requirements

We are recruiting on behalf of a global IT Services Provider for a Cerner Specialist / Data Consultant (Cerner/Oracle Health) on an initial 4-month contract. The role is remote and inside IR35, with a day rate of £450 to £500. We are looking for someone to support the remediation of performance issues and other problems associated with data pipelines.
