System Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
• We need the ability to understand and support business processes through technology
• We need the ability to develop and curate support and guidance
• We need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people

Responsibilities:

• We support and monitor digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and cloud-hosted applications
• We support Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, security baselines, and application deployment
• We support security operations by monitoring, investigating, and reporting anomalies related to identities, devices, and access
• We act as First Contact Resolution and escalation for complex technical issues raised by colleagues or service desk engineers
• We ensure all incidents, service requests, and changes are accurately logged and managed via JIRA Service Management
