Technical IT Project Manager HR Platform

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered technology projects within a large-scale, complex environment.
• We need evidence of delivering technology-enabled business change and software implementations.
• Experience with HR systems or similar projects is highly beneficial.
• Experience with case management platforms and PeopleXD is desirable.
• We require experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• We need proven accountability for sizeable budgets and experience managing vendor and supplier relationships.
• We require a degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for someone to establish and maintain the project delivery framework, plans, controls, and stakeholder coordination needed for successful implementation.
• We need you to lead the implementation of our new HR case management solution across HR, Business Systems, IT services, and suppliers.
• You will coordinate stakeholders and manage delivery across multiple teams and external partners.
• You will oversee project delivery in a hybrid working environment, with onsite presence in central Liverpool two days per week.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Technical IT Project Manager to join our wider dedicated team as we review and implement a new HR case management solution.
