Test Specialist

Requirements:

• Strong test management, test planning, and test case design/writing experience
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing
• Experience with test management tooling such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with automated test tools and supporting test automation
• Ansible coding experience
• Awareness of the OSI model
• Experience working on complex, large-scale programmes
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 29119
• ISTQB certification
• DV clearance

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute product quality strategies for our service offerings and products
• Design test strategies for business-critical initiatives, helping deliver time, cost, and quality across multiple workstreams
• Execute testing activities including test case creation, diagnostics, and test data strategy for a portfolio
• Account for first- and second-level diagnostics to enable smooth test delivery
• Lead full lifecycle integration testing to support complex projects and drive required deliverables
• Contribute to the design and development of test automation solutions to validate application functionality
• Perform complex defect and issue analysis, identifying impacts and root causes, then defining advanced solutions
• Share knowledge and continuously develop team capability in line with emerging QA engineering trends and best practices
• Mentor other QA engineers as a technical resource
