IT Product Manager

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within agile, product-led environments
• Strong track record of developing and delivering product roadmaps and strategy
• Experience working with cross-functional IT, data, and delivery teams
• Ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• A data-driven, user-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Experience delivering value iteratively in complex organisations
• Knowledge of data or emerging technologies is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of product strategy and delivery
• Define and execute product roadmaps that improve how technology and data are classified, managed, and utilised across our organisation
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical specialists
• Deliver innovative, user-focused digital services, including analytics and AI-enabled capabilities
• Champion user experience
• Drive continuous improvement
• Ensure value is delivered at pace within a complex, large-scale environment

We are a large, reputable public sector organisation seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our IT Services team on a permanent basis as part of a wider product portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on delivering user-focused digital services and improving how technology and data are used across our organisation.
