IT & AV Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra, and Windows.
• Experience providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support in a Microsoft environment.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Experience supporting hybrid meeting rooms, conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi, IT upgrades, telephony, email systems, and business applications.
• Understanding of IT security, cyber security, and incident response.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide training and technical documentation.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and support occasional out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st to 3rd line IT and AV support across our Microsoft environment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra, and Windows technologies.

• Support telephony, email systems, and business applications.
• Provide excellent customer support, training, and technical documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rota and support occasional out-of-hours work.

We are a growing and dynamic organisation based onsite in Cambridge, where we are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team.
