Head of Product

Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Strong track record of developing and delivering successful product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within agile product environments.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
