Responsibilities:
  • Own the framework inbox, monitor it throughout the day, and file relevant emails into the correct folders
  • Ensure passwords are updated on a monthly basis
  • Monitor portals and associated emails for potential sales opportunities
  • Support Bid Managers to ensure proposal content meets client requirements
  • Provide information and input into framework-related SharePoint and intranet content
  • Coordinate corporate governance requirements and ensure governance objectives are carried out correctly
  • Work with relevant sales channels to ensure opportunity search keywords are accurate
  • Distribute sales opportunities received in the bid team inbox, along with all available information
  • Follow up on distributed leads 24 and 48 hours after sending them to the relevant sales channel
  • Monitor and record all leads using the lead tracker spreadsheet
  • Work with the Head of Bids and Bid Managers to maintain the accuracy of the tender pipeline workbook
  • Support Bid Managers in ensuring missing information is completed in a timely manner
  • Compile and distribute the weekly report, ensuring the information is accurate and easy to digest
  • Support the team with meeting room booking and meeting setup
  • Record actions from the weekly Bid Team meeting and agree completion timescales with the Head of Bids
  • Distribute minutes from the weekly Bid Team meeting
  • Complete standard company questions on PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs
  • Support sales channels in completing standard questionnaires required to join the supply chain

We are seeking a Framework Administrator to support our sales leads in securing business through existing government frameworks. Reporting to the Team Manager, this role is the single point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, inbox management, framework MI reporting, and internal SharePoint support. You will also provide direct support to our internal bid managers, including bid coordination for customer opportunities and tenders. We value collaboration across business units and support functions, and this role plays an important part in keeping our bid and framework processes organised, accurate, and responsive to changing requirements.
