IT Asset Apprentice

Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in technology and how it works
• Strong organisation skills and reliability
• Great attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic IT skills, such as Microsoft Office and general computer use

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software and mobile devices
• Process orders for equipment and support procurement activities
• Assist with the setup and distribution of laptops, devices and accessories
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with colleagues across the business
• Support the management of our mobile device fleet
• Help with audits and ensure data accuracy
