1st Line Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Some exposure to IT support or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Log and triage tickets accurately.
• Resolve straightforward technical issues with support from the team.
• Escalate more complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Follow internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Engage in training, shadowing, and continual learning.

We are partnering with an IT and Cyber Security company in Waterlooville and are looking for a Junior Engineer to support our growth. We offer a base salary of £26,000-£35,000 depending on experience, Monday to Friday office hours, full training and certifications, and 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
