Job Description
Salary: £137,500 - 137,500 per year
Requirements:- Ability to analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end service management processes, translating business requirements into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL-aligned processes, and enterprise service delivery within a public sector context.
- Development expertise in ServiceNow, including expertise in the development and delivery of the Automated Test Framework.
- Experience supporting the rollout of ServiceNows Automated Test Framework, including implementation planning and delivery into live environments.
- Provide ServiceNow senior development expertise on a time and materials basis to support optimisation of our ServiceNow instance.
- Support knowledge transfer to key stakeholders.
- Work at our direction to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- Provide expertise to plan and deliver the rollout of ServiceNows Automated Test Framework.
- Develop the high-level implementation plan and approach for the Automated Test Framework.
- Carry out the development and delivery of the Automated Test Framework into live.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer for a 3-month remote assignment on an inside IR35 basis, with BPSS clearance required and a single-stage process.
