Field Service Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a current driving licence valid in the UK.
• We require the ability to undertake extensive travel within North Wales.
• We require a high degree of autonomy while working to pre-defined schedules.

Responsibilities:

• We install and carry out corrective maintenance on all our leisure products at customer sites in line with agreed service level agreements.
• We build strong relationships with key personnel at customer sites, including owners, general managers, sales managers, administrators, and security teams.
• We escalate customer service issues to line management when needed.
• We proactively manage weekly schedules to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
• We identify, survey, install, and maintain infrastructure at new and existing customer sites.
• We provide national emergency breakdown cover.
