Senior Data Engineer

Salary: £123,500 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a senior data engineer with in-depth Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience.
• We need someone with strong Azure data engineering skills, including Data Factory.
• We require experience working with SQL.
• We are looking for someone with DevOps experience.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• This role is suited to an available contractor who can start soon.
• The position is outside IR35.
• The contract is for 3 months, with remote working and occasional London-based work as required.

Responsibilities:

• We will need you to partner with our BI Engineer to support the team.
• You will collaborate on improving and speeding up data extraction from multiple sources into ADF.
• You will help make the data pipeline process smoother and more efficient for our BI team.
• You will contribute to the delivery of our data engineering project over the 3-month contract.
• You will work remotely with some London attendance as needed for the project.

We are a SaaS company based in London, and we have partnered with Method to find a senior data engineer for a 3-month contract. This is a remote role with some London work as required, offering a day rate of £475-£500 and falling outside IR35. You will join our team to work closely with a BI Engineer on improving data extraction and pipeline efficiency. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously implemented Fabric and can start soon.
