Release Train Engineer

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements:

• SAFe RTE qualification
• 3+ years of experience as a RTE working in a software delivery environment
• Experience in Scrum and scaled agile frameworks
• Proven experience in people management
• IT related undergraduate degree

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate PI Planning events, ensuring teams and stakeholders are prepared and aligned on objectives
• Monitor progress against PI objectives and support the resolution of PDS level impediments
• Lead and mentor Scrum Masters while coaching leadership and teams
• Analyse and improve the flow of value across the PDS by removing bottlenecks and streamlining processes
• Drive a culture of ongoing learning and improvement by facilitating I&As and encouraging experimentation
• Contribute to the agile transformation roadmap and cascade changes and best practices to the PDS
