Business Analyst

Salary: £104,000 - 117,600 per year

Requirements:

• Retail experience is required
• Experience in transformation programmes
• Requirements elicitation and analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Agile delivery
• Prioritisation and backlog management
• Able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people, from CEOs to development staff
• Naturally inquisitive, good listener, and able to collate findings into easy-to-understand outputs

• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables effectively
• Participate in agile delivery processes and assist in backlog management
• Conduct analysis to support transformation programmes in the retail sector
