Senior Data Architect

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expertise in data architecture design and modeling techniques, patterns, tools, and standards
• Experience presenting data architecture designs to governance forums
• Skilled in data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance
• Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience applying Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps principles including CI and CD pipelines
• Proven ability to shape and support technology initiatives aligning with organizational goals

Responsibilities:

• Design modern IT architecture for large digital transformation programmes
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver data-focused products and services
• Provide expert advice and influence technology choices within our data strategy
• Apply broad architectural thinking to design data models, metadata systems, and data dictionaries
• Oversee and guide other data architects to ensure standards are met
• Work closely with technical architects to ensure systems align with appropriate data architecture
