• We are seeking a Senior ML Platform Engineer who has proven years of experience working with an object-oriented programming language such as Python or Go. You should have experience designing cloud-native, distributed platforms and possess strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Argo, and container orchestration technologies. Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and GitOps workflows is essential, along with a proactive mentality that enables collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and management. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. Additionally, an understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior ML Platform Engineer, you will have the opportunity to architect, build, and diagnose multi-tenant AI platform systems. You’ll work closely with AI application teams to design seamless workflows for continuous model training, inference, and monitoring. Collaborating with AI experts, you will identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies and contribute to the platform’s future feature set. Your role will include collaborating with open-source communities to enhance the MLOps experience and designing CI/CD automation frameworks that incorporate regulatory requirements. You will also develop cloud-native deployment patterns for AI systems across various environments, troubleshoot and debug user issues, and provide operational and user-facing documentation.
