Server-Management: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Servern in einer virtualisierten Umgebung (VMware/Hyper-V)
Netzwerkadministration: Verwaltung von LAN/WAN-Netzwerken, einschließlich Switches, Router und Firewalls; Überwachung der Netzwerkperformance und -sicherheit
Backup & Recovery: Entwicklung von Notfallwiederherstellungsplänen
Softwareverwaltung: Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Unternehmenssoftware sowie Lizenzmanagement
Monitoring: Einsatz von Monitoring-Lösungen (z.B. Nagios, Zabbix) zur Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance; proaktive Identifikation von Problemen
Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsanleitungen
Projektmitarbeit: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, z.B. Migrationen, Rollouts neuer Systeme oder Cloud-Lösungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration
Fundierte Kenntnisse in: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN); Virtualisierungstechnologien (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V); Backup-Lösungen (Veeam); Sicherheitslösungen (Firewalls etc.)
Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit; hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
