IN A NUTSHELL

Als Werkstudent:in im POC-Team (People & Organizational Culture) unterstützt du dabei, unsere Unternehmenskultur aktiv zu gestalten.  
Du bist direkt dabei, wo es spannend ist: Von Personalentwicklung über Employer Branding bis hin zum Sustainability-Report. Wir bieten dir maximale Abwechslung: Du gestaltest die unterschiedlichsten HR-Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung mit.  


Deine Aufgaben

  • Personal- & Führungskräfteentwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprogrammen und Lernformaten (z. B Online-Trainings für unsere AI-Schulung).
  • Organisationsentwicklung: Du begleitest verschiedene Projekte zur Gestaltung unserer Unternehmenskultur und unterstützt bei der Organisation und Moderation von Retros und Workshops.
  • Mitarbeiterbefragung & Sustainability: Du wirkst bei der Durchführung und Auswertung unserer jährlichen Mitarbeiterbefragung mit (vom Setup bis Auswertung)und arbeitest an unserem Sustainability-Report mit
  • EmployerBranding:Du wirkst bei internen und externen Kampagnen sowie bei der Content-Erstellung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle mit – vom Brainstorming über die Bildsammlung bis hin zum Schreiben derCaptions
  • Operativer Support: Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Themen


Dein Profil

  • Du bist Master- oderBachelorstudent:in(ab 4. Semester) im Bereich Human Resources, BWL, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendenjobs mit
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Organisationskultur und Personalentwicklung
  • Duhast sehrguteDeutschund Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast kein Problem damit, mal bei administrativen Aufgaben zu helfen und mal strategisch mitzudenken
