Wir sind ein junges Team mit klarem Fokus: Mehrfamilienhäuser
ankaufen, strukturiert entwickeln und passende Eigentümer finden. Seit 2022 haben wir rund 400 Wohneinheiten erworben und entwickelt.
Wir wachsen dynamisch und suchen Menschen, die mitdenken und mitgestalten möchten.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Exposés
  • Management von Inseraten auf Immobilienportalen
  • Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und Erstellung von Content

Qualifikation

  • Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar – ab dem 3. Semester
  • Gespür für ansprechende Texte und visuelle Inhalte, Erfahrung mit Social Media
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Benefits

  • 16,00 € brutto/Stunde, max. 20 Std./Woche (in Semesterferien Vollzeit möglich)
