Third Line Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for individuals who are currently in a Senior 2nd or 3rd Line role for a Managed Service Provider, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. You must possess the ability to commute to Solihull and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities:

• As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will take ownership of complex support tickets, ensuring a high degree of service for all queries while adhering to service management principles. Your duties include conducting on-site visits for scheduled work and break-fix jobs and supporting users by providing guidance and training on equipment usage. You will act as a mentor to junior team members, actively engage in project work, and work within the parameters of ISO 27001 principles. Additional tasks may be assigned to you as necessary.
