Technology Strategy Partner

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT, technology, or MSP environment
• Experience working in a client-facing role, managing relationships and communication
• Ability to understand and confidently discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience supporting or contributing to technology strategy, planning, or service discussions
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and trust
• Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal awareness and customer focus, with an empathetic and proactive approach
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Keen interest in business technology, including emerging technologies such as AI and cloud solutions
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
• Right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available
• Industry certifications are desirable, including Microsoft certifications, ITIL Foundation, or other relevant IT or service management certifications

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to client business goals
• Assist in identifying opportunities for optimisation and adoption of new technologies, including AI
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits
• Support and contribute to strategy reviews and planning sessions
• Maintain organised documentation, including roadmaps, actions, and improvement plans
• Work closely with internal teams to translate technical solutions into business discussions
• Collaborate with senior leadership and internal technology teams to support client strategy and business alignment
• Contribute to client retention and account growth initiatives as the role expands

This is an in-house, client-facing Technology Strategy Partner role reporting directly to our CEO, combining office-based work with regular client site visits and travel.
