Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven programme management experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Expert-level knowledge of IP networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in BGP, traffic engineering, and large-scale network design.
• Proven experience in data centre network infrastructure deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain high quality in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and develop productive relationships at all organisational levels.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure programmes to drive the deployment of AWS networking infrastructure across global data centres.
• Manage and coordinate multiple competing projects with teams including network engineering, deployment managers, and data centre technicians.
• Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
• Work alongside engineers to devise creative solutions to complex challenges while keeping timelines and budgets in focus.
• Drive simplification efforts in project management and engineering architectures to promote innovation and efficiency.
