- Own the end-to-end intake process for new workstreams, ensuring asks are captured, clarified, scoped, and prioritized in coordination with tech leads, product, and stakeholders.
- Maintain a global view of team resourcing and delivery, including who is on what, current priorities, and where there are conflicts or gaps.
- Own project management for larger or complex initiatives that span multiple teams or functions, including dependency management and stakeholder coordination.
- Create and maintain up-to-date status dashboards and reporting tools to provide a single pane of glass for leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where needed, and ensure JIRA and other tooling reflect accurate project states.
- Provide regular, concise, and structured status updates to senior leadership, including the Head of Blockchain Engineering.
- Coordinate with adjacent teams such as infrastructure, security, and controls where dependencies impact delivery.
- Proactively identify blockers, risks, and shifts in scope or resourcing, and ensure the right people are aware early.

- Chase down vendor updates, resolve cross-team dependencies, and keep commitments on track without waiting to be asked.
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery process maturity across the Technology organization.
- Keep cadences, rituals, and tooling simple, compounding clarity rather than overhead.
