Job Description
Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Adobe is preferred.
- Understanding of Talent, HR, and employee experience technologies and processes is preferred.
- Experience working in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes is preferred.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
- Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
- Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
