Talent Solutions AI Product Owner - Associate Director

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Adobe is preferred.
• Understanding of Talent, HR, and employee experience technologies and processes is preferred.
• Experience working in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.
