Strategist, Agent Development (German Speaking)

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and handle unexpected challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is a strong plus.
• An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
• Advise customers and help drive their AI strategies.
• Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents.
• Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent development projects.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the agent development lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Contribute data-driven strategic insights to customer and internal team decisions.
