Solutions Architect, EMEA

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems; experience in both is a strong advantage
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Pre-sales exposure, such as solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support, is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Own the transition from deal close to production and take end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions
• Define enterprise customers Fireblocks setups, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
• Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery
