Software Development Engineer D365/Power Platform

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing code in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and RPA tooling
• Experience building technical solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to transform member journeys and drive operational efficiency at scale
• Experience building, evolving, and supporting RPA capability and embedding automation into core processes
• Experience building agents and flows within Microsoft products and deploying them through Microsoft tools
• Strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies and platforms used within digital and cloud applications
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar tooling for work management, CI/CD, and deployment
• Desirable: hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Desirable: exposure to developing and supporting AI agents in a Microsoft technology stack
• Desirable: exposure to API integrations, such as Azure API Gateway
• Desirable: experience developing in Automation Anywhere RPA tool
• Desirable: experience working across multiple IT teams, collaborating with Architecture, Security, and Operations

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, and create test automation of software and configuration that delivers value to our customers
• Build and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Develop and support RPA solutions to help scale automation across the business
• Design and build agents and flows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Azure DevOps
• Contribute to high-quality engineering through code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to shape solutions and delivery plans
• Ensure solutions align with current and future architecture standards
• Be part of an on-call team that supports our services out of hours
