Smart Data Administrator (SkySpark)

Salary: £25,500 - 25,500 per year

• Previous SkySpark experience is not required, but we do want comfort working with systems, data and technology.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys learning technical concepts, investigating problems and applying logical thinking to find solutions.
• IT support experience: 2 years.
• English language required.
• United Kingdom work authorisation required.
• You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to our office in central Neath before starting work.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you become an important part of our technical delivery team, helping ensure our customer platforms are accurate, reliable and operating smoothly.
• You will learn how our Smart Building technology works.
• You will monitor systems and maintain high-quality data.
• You will support project delivery.
• You will investigate issues and help improve the way we work.
• You will produce clear documentation.
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure our customers receive an excellent service.
