SIAM Availability Analyst - Manchester

Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in Availability Management, Service Management, or Service Performance within complex IT environments
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models
• Ability to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability Management
• Experience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies

Responsibilities:

• Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirements
• Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Drive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilience
• Work with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Manage availability governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions
