Senior Support Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Senior Support Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer or Infrastructure Support role
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Experience supporting Azure environments
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Strong networking fundamentals
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple technical issues

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support across a varied customer base
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking and Microsoft 365 issues
• Support cloud environments and migrations
• Manage and resolve escalated service desk tickets
• Support cybersecurity technologies and security best practices
• Assist with project delivery and infrastructure upgrades
• Work with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
• Support endpoint, server and network environments
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
