Senior Product Manager - SaaS - Partner Platform

Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and levels
• Confidence working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using and integrating AI tools into day-to-day product management workflows
• Clear, articulate communication skills, with the ability to explain what we built, why we built it, and the results it achieved
• Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning
• Strategic mindset, with a willingness to stay hands-on with discovery and delivery
• Comfort owning both customer-facing digital products and internal AI/productivity initiatives
• Motivation to work with high ownership, high trust and high standards
• Interest in PropTech and improving the property industry through software
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for our partner platform
• Support alignment across other teams for approximately 12 months while leading our own product areas
• Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech AI integration
• Lead customer discovery and turn insights into clear, actionable priorities
• Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution
• Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practice
• Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear product priorities
• Balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility
• Work with a high degree of autonomy without step-by-step direction
• Bring clarity, pace and strong judgement across multiple digital and AI initiatives
• Help teams focus on the highest-value opportunities and measure the impact
