Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active or recently lapsed SC clearance.
• You should have end-to-end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
• You should have experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• You should have delivered multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
• You should have experience running workshops across process, design, configuration, test, and validate phases.
• You should have functional application leadership experience and be able to guide clients on leading practices and software functionality through all phases of an implementation.
• You should be able to document solutions clearly and share knowledge within our Cloud community.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and oversee the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within Core HR.
• We lead workshops and advise clients on the best practices for adopting the solution.
• We lead the configuration of the system to match business requirements and system design.
• We demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
• We create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• We build trusted relationships with clients and manage their expectations on delivery within scope.
• We drive the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
